India's Law Commission seeks fresh suggestions on Uniform Civil Code

The debates around the enactment & implementation of a Uniform Civil Code often flare up. The Uniform Civil Code (UCC) calls for the formulation of one civil law for India. The laws would apply to all religious communities. The Law Commission of India is seeking suggestions from public & religious organisations.
