Indian Origin Shrey Parikh Is New Scripps Spelling Bee Champion

14-year-old Shrey Parikh became the new Scripps National Spelling Bee champion after battling a tense tiebreaker round. In the last round, the Indian-origin teen spelt 32 words correctly in 90 seconds.
