India: NIA moves to Delhi High Court seeking death penalty for Yasin Malik
India's National Investigation Agency (NIA) has petitioned the Delhi High Court to seek the death penalty for Kashmiri separatist leader Yasin Malik. The NIA had previously requested the death penalty for Malik before the trial court, but that was obviously denied.
