India: Eastern state Odisha braces for cyclone, met department issues alert

The Indian Meteorological Department has issued an alert over the possibility of a cyclone on the coast of the Eastern state of Odisha. The IMD said that the low-pressure area over the South Andaman Sea is expected to intensify into a cyclonic storm by Sunday evening.
