In Pakistan-held Kashmir, melting glacier puts millions at risk

The breathtaking snow-capped peaks of Shounter Valley in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir are showing signs of melting. According to the united nations development programme, its glaciers are worsening floods and forming lakes, putting at least 7 million people downstream at risk.
