Health Ministry briefs media on COVID-19: 28 new cases, 12 new deaths
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfares held a press conference on COVID-19 cases in India. The number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus has crossed the 1,800-mark with 41 deaths. The authorities have also launched a nationwide search to track down the 6,000 people who attended the Nizamuddin Tablighi Jamaat congregation. On Wednesday 450 fresh cases of infection were reported.
