German catholic church loses 500,000 people amidst grave allegations
Amidst growing controversies, Germans are choosing to disassociate themselves from the church. Over 500 thousand people have left the German catholic church in 2022. The exodus of church-goers has gone up by 45 percent in just one year. Recently, the cardinal of cologne was raided by police authorities for perjury allegations.
