Former US ambassador pleads not guilty to spying for Cuba

Former US ambassador to Bolivia Victor Manuel Rocha has pleaded not guilty to allegations of spying for Cuba for four decades in a federal courtroom. In Miami, Florida Rocha waved his right to attend a trial and according to a US attorney, Rocha repeatedly referred to the United States as the enemy.
