Ace Indian filmmaker Shekhar Kapur is back after 14 years with a new film. This time with a romantic comedy 'What's Love Got To Do With It'. The film has been making quite some noise at international film festivals. WION spoke to the filmmaker who told us why he is not seen in the Indian film circuit and what is going wrong with Bollywood.
