Employees preferring flexible working options: Study

A latest study shows that flexible workspaces, which allow working from home as an option, are being preferred by the new workforce. In fact, the flexible working option is seen as being equal to an 8% pay hike in a normal setting. Meanwhile, employers who insist upon bringing employees back to the office are seeing slower hiring rates.
