Doval and Sullivan hold talks amid strained India-US ties due to Modi's Moscow visit
National Security Adviser (NSA) Ajit Doval and U.S. NSA Jake Sullivan spoke on Friday night amid tensions surrounding Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Moscow this week.
