US President Donald Trump has hinted that a peace deal between Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky may be “near” as formal talks on ending the Ukraine war begin at the World Economic Forum. Trump also launched the Board of Peace at WEF with a United Nations tie-up, positioning the initiative as a platform to support global conflict resolution.
