Capital outflows weigh on the Russia rouble
The trouble for the Russian currency started after reports suggested that British oil company Shell may repatriate more than 1 billion roubles from the country affected by sanctions. The ruble closed at 81.6 per dollar on Thursday, which is the lowest since April last year.
