Bridge collapses in India: At least 137 killed; authorities file criminal case against contractor

A massive tragedy has occurred in the Indian state of Gujarat, at least 137 people were killed and over 100 injured after a hanging bridge collapsed in the western state of Gujarat. According to authorities, over 500 people were near the bridge at the time of the incident. The Gujarat authorities have filed a criminal case against the contractor and the management who renovated the bridge.
