Boeing Tops Airbus in Annual Orders for First Time Since 2018
Boeing has overtaken Airbus in annual aircraft orders for the first time since 2018 after securing nearly 1,200 commercial plane orders in 2025. The US aerospace giant booked 1,173 orders last year, compared with Airbus’s 889, as Boeing shows signs of recovery after a turbulent 2024 marked by safety concerns and a prolonged labour strike.
