Bali bombmaker walks out of prison; visits friend's deradicalisation centre

The Bali bombmaker Umar Patek has apologised to the families of the victims killed in 2002 in the Indonesian island of Bali. The attacks killed 202 people mostly foreign tourists including 88 Australians.
