Amnesty: Pak attacked rehabilitation centre, not military facility

Amnesty International has accused Pakistan of a possible war crime over a March 16 airstrike on Kabul's Omid Rehabilitation and Treatment Centre, which reportedly killed at least 269 civilians. The rights group says its investigation found no evidence supporting Pakistan's claim that the medical facility was being used for military purposes and urged an independent investigation into the attack.
