Amazon has secured a major legal victory as the European Union's top court ruled in favour of the tech giant. The court stated that it does not have to pay $273 million in back taxes to Luxembourg. This decision comes as a blow to EU antitrust Chief Margrethe Vestager's efforts to crack down on preferential tax deals for multinational corporations.
