Destinus, a European startup, aims to develop a hydrogen-powered hypersonic airplane to significantly reduce travel time from Europe to Australia to just over four hours. They have conducted successful test flights and received funding from the Spanish Ministry of Science for hydrogen-powered supersonic flight development.
