<p>She also revealed that the dark memories were triggered again years later during a hospital visit and the pain eventually led to a “psychotic break” that she still had.&nbsp;<br />

“First I felt full-on pain, then I went numb.&nbsp;And then I was sick for weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks after, and I realised that it was the same pain that I felt when the person who raped me dropped me off pregnant on a corner. At my parents’ house because I was vomiting and sick. Because I’d been being abused. I was locked away in a studio for months," she said recalling the incident.<br />

“I had a total psychotic break, and for a couple years, I was not the same girl,” she said. “The way that I feel when I feel pain was how I felt after I was raped. I’ve had so many MRIs and scans where they don’t find nothing. But your body remembers.”<br />

Gaga concluded her talk on a positive note, by saying she has "learned all the ways to pull myself out of it. It all started to slowly change."</p>

<p>Five people have been arrested on charges stemming from the violent theft of two bulldogs belonging to pop star Lady Gaga and the shooting of a dog walker during the pets` abduction in Hollywood earlier this year, authorities said on Thursday.<br />
<br />
Four of the five suspects were known street gang members, while the fifth was the woman who reported she had found the dogs and safely returned them after a reward was offered, the Los Angeles Police Department said.<br />
<br />
The two bulldogs, named Koji and Gustav, were dropped off unharmed at an LAPD station on Feb. 26 and turned over to the musician`s representatives two days after they were snatched at gunpoint by two strangers in a car.<br />
<br />
The dog walker who was accosted, 30-year-old Ryan Fischer, was shot in the chest by one of the suspects as they grabbed the two bulldogs, but he survived. A third Gaga-owned bulldog out walking with Fischer at the time escaped and was later found safe by police.<br />
In an interview day afterwards, Fischer said he had suffered "a very close call with death."<br />
<br />
Gaga, who was filming a movie in Rome when her pets were taken, had issued a public plea on social media for an "act of kindness" to bring them home and offered a $500,000 reward.<br />
<br />
Los Angeles police said on Thursday that detectives "do not believe the suspects were targeting the victim because of the dogs’ owner."<br />
"However, evidence suggests the suspects knew the great value of the breed of dogs and that was the motivation for the robbery," the statement said.<br />

Three people - James Jackson, 18, Jaylin White, 19, and Lafayette Whaley, 27, were charged with one count each of attempted murder, conspiracy to commit robbery and second-degree robbery. Jackson, the accused gunman, also was charged with assault and a weapons offense, according to the Los Angeles District Attorney`s Office.<br />

The woman who claimed to have found the dogs, 50-year-old Jennifer McBride, and a fifth defendant, Harold White, 40, were each charged with being accessories after the fact. McBride also was charged with receiving stolen property, while the elder White was additionally charged with illegal possession of a firearm, prosecutors said.<br />

“This was a brazen street crime that left a man seriously wounded,” District Attorney George Gascón said in a statement. “We have alleged very serious charges in this case and have faith that justice will be appropriately served as this case unfolds in court.”<br />

All five defendants pleaded not guilty on Thursday afternoon and were ordered to return to court on May 11. Jackson was held on $3 million bond, while bail was set at $1 million each for Jaylin White and Whaley, according to Los Angeles City News Service (CNS). McBride`s bail was set at $10,000 and she was ordered to submit to electronic monitoring under house arrest. Harold White`s bail was set at $35,000, CNS reported.</p>

<p>Lady Gaga sent a message of support to Japan on the 10th anniversary of its massive earthquake and tsunami, saying the resilience of its people offers hope in the global fight against the coronavirus pandemic.</p>

<p>“Through the years, seeing and hearing about the vast recovery of your beautiful cities, I have so much respect to the people of Japan for your strength, kindness and love for each other,” the American singer-songwriter and actress said in a video posted on her Twitter account.</p>

<p>“It gives hope to the people now that are fighting through the COVID pandemic all around the world.”</p>

<p>A 9.0-magnitude quake - one of the strongest on record - and tsunami hit northeastern Japan on March 11, 2011, claiming nearly 20,000 victims, destroying towns and triggering nuclear meltdowns in Fukushima, the world’s worst nuclear disaster since Chernobyl.</p>

<p>“It seems like yesterday that I was watching the shocking footage of the devastating earthquake and tsunami on the news and thinking, what can I do to help,” Lady Gaga said.</p>

I cradled Asia as best I could, thanked her for all the incredible adventures we'd been on together, apologized that I couldn't defend her brothers, and then resolved that I would still try to save them… and myself."</p>

Lady Gaga's dog walker breaks silence days after being shot in Hollywood 

<p>Lady Gaga`s two stolen bulldogs, snatched in a violent abduction that left the pets` caretaker shot in the chest this week in Hollywood, were turned over to police on Friday and have been reunited with the pop singer`s representatives, police said.<br />

The safe return of Koji and Gustav came hours after Gaga, who was filming a movie in Rome when her pets were taken on Wednesday night, issued a plea on social media for "an act of kindness" to bring them home.<br />

A woman who authorities have not publicly identified brought the dogs to an LAPD station unharmed, and they were turned over to the musician`s representatives, according to a Los Angeles Police Department spokesman, Officer Mike Lopez.<br />
<br />
Two men suspected of stealing the pets at gunpoint from their dogwalker, 30-year-old Ryan Fischer, remained at large, however, Lopez said.</p>
