The matter was first discovered by BuzzFeed.
The US-based digital media company searched the phrase "how to have" on various devices in incognito mode.
YouTube admitted to the disturbing search results and described the matter as "profoundly disturbing".

In a statement, YouTube spokesperson said: "Earlier today our teams were alerted to this profoundly disturbing autocomplete result and we worked to quickly remove it as soon as we were made aware."
YouTube also assured that it has changed the way its autofill feature worked after reports of paedophilic phrases emerged.
