Some reporters on the ground have observed the changes already with additional security assets spotted in Biden's motorcade.</p>

<p>Also, there won't be any penalties against those found drinking alcohol without a licence, however, individuals must still be over 21 to purchase or consume alcohol.</p>

<p>There has been 702 fatalities due to the virus in Greece.</p>

<p>Greece had earlier expanded its night curfew and shut restaurants, bars, theatres and museums.</p>

<p>The number of coronavirus cases in the country has now surged to 46,892.</p>

<p>Government spokesman Stelios Petsas had asserted earlier that implementation of the measures would ensure an "optimistic" December. However, businesses feel it would severely hit them with an estimated cost of 1.5 billion euros.</p>

<p>The Greek government had earlier released over 14 billion euros to support the economic impact of the first wave of the virus.</p>

<p>The Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C49/EOS-01) blasted off from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre on Saturday afternoon after a 26-hour countdown.</p>

<p>"The liftoff was originally scheduled for 3.02 pm, but was delayed by 10 minutes due to debris on the path of the vehicle," ISRO said in a statement.</p>

<p>It is the first satellite launch by India's space agency this year which was disrupted due to the coronavirus pandemic.</p>

<p>"EOS-01 is intended for applications in agriculture, forestry and disaster management support," ISRO said.</p>

<p>The customer satellites include one from Lithuania, four from Luxembourg and four from the United States.</p>

<p>India's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle in its 51st mission of the PSLV-C49&nbsp;is an earth observation satellite meant for applications in agriculture, forestry and disaster management support.</p>

<p>PSLV-C49&nbsp;is carrying customer satellites from Luxembourg, USA and &nbsp;Lithuania.</p>

<p>All nine customer satellites have been successfully separated and injected into their intended orbit, ISRO informed.</p>
