<p>According to the Mumbai Police, Tijori stated in the complaint that Nadar had joined him to co-produce a thriller film titled <em>Tipppsy</em>, which he was supposed to direct. And, that the film was scheduled to be shot in London in 2019.</p>

In the emotional message, she spoke about feeling grief and sadness and also revealed that she started the morning of Willis' birthday by crying.</p>

<p>A month ago, the <em>Die Hard </em>actor's family announced&nbsp;that he had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, which can cause communication difficulties.</p>

<p>"So today is my husband's birthday. And, I have started the morning by crying, as you can see by my swollen eyes and snotty nose. I just think it's important that you see all sides of this,"&nbsp;Heming said in an Instagram reel posted on her verified account.</p>

Poor oral hygiene, increased intake of foods with high sugar content, poor access to oral health care services, poor lifestyle, smoking and alcohol are just some of the factors that affect our oral health. The most common dental problems are gingivitis, dental caries, and periodontitis. Cavities, also called dental caries and tooth decay, can cause pain, infection, and sometimes even tooth loss. It occurs when plaque forms on the tooth's surface and bacteria in the mouth make acids that attack the enamel.</p>

<p>Sugary food items like chocolates and candies have long been blamed for tooth decay, but a 2021 research paper titled&nbsp;<em>The Impact of Carbohydrate Quality on Dental Plaque pH: Does the Glycemic Index of Starchy Foods Matter for Dental Health?</em>&nbsp;suggests that complex carbohydrates are the real culprit. The study has found that diets high in complex carbohydrates can increase the risk of tooth decay, while diets low in complex carbohydrates and high in proteins and fats can help prevent tooth decay. This is mainly because proteins and fats are broken down differently in the body and do not provide the same food source for the bacteria that cause tooth decay.</p>

<p>Overall, the research suggests that complex carbohydrates, rather than sugary food items like chocolates, may be the primary cause of tooth decay. On World Oral Health Day, which is celebrated on March 20 every year, let's learn more about oral hygiene and health!&nbsp;</p>

	<li>All types of food affect dental health.&nbsp;Unlike complex carbohydrates, proteins and fats are low-risk foods for dental health due to their non-acidic and non-sticky nature. Apart from the amino acids, animal proteins contain phosphorus which is vital in improving the strength of teeth and jaws.</li>
	<li>Sugary food items like chocolates have long been associated with tooth decay in the past due to their high sugar content and sticky nature. But they are not the only culprit. They're actually not all that bad for your teeth, provided that you eat them&nbsp;in moderation and follow a regular oral hygiene routine. Dark chocolates can even help you avoid cavities due to their&nbsp;antioxidant-rich nature.</li>
	<li>"How we eat" plays a bigger role than "what we eat", in terms of our oral health. Frequent snacking must be avoided to prevent tooth decay.&nbsp;Nibbling over sweets and sipping sugary or acidic beverages, especially in between meals, should be completely avoided.</li>

<p>A recent study headed by York University researchers discovered a relationship between shift work and frailty among middle-aged and older employees in Canada, particularly among women on rotating hours. While there is a large body of research suggesting the disruptions to circadian rhythms that shift workers experience are linked to various illnesses, this study was the first to take a comprehensive or “holistic” look at the connection between shift work and frailty.</p>

<p>“We cannot ignore the negative health outcomes related to shift work, including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, stroke and certain cancers,” says York Faculty of Health PhD student Durdana Khan, a trainee with the York Centre for Aging and Research and Education. “Our study is the first to investigate the relationship between shift work and frailty for middle-aged and older adults.”</p>

<p>For the study, which will be published in the May edition of the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Khan, along with York professors Heather Edgell, Hala Tamim and Michael Rotondi, and immunologist and epidemiologist Chris Verschoor of the Health Sciences North Research Institute, looked at 48,000 participants across Canada from the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging and followed up at three years to measure for frailty.</p>

<p>Frailty is defined as someone’s likelihood towards disease and death. The researchers used an index that looks at 52 factors that can likely lower lifespan, including depression, osteoarthritis, history of heart attacks and mobility issues. Mildly frail people are considered those that have at least five factors. Having at least 11 factors would put people in the ‘very frail’ category.</p>

<p>The study found one in five adult Canadians was involved in shift work, defined as work that falls outside of a nine-to-five schedule. People who had a history of shift work had a higher likelihood of frailty compared to people who only worked daytime hours. More than one in four were found to be mildly frail, and seven per cent were very frail. Women whose longest job consisted of rotating shift work were especially likely to be considered frail, with more than 31 per cent falling in the mildly frail category and nearly 11 per cent classified as very frail.</p>

<p>Circadian rhythms are moderated by sunlight exposure. When sunlight hits the eyes, signals are sent to the pineal gland in the brain – triggering certain hormones and responses that regulate alertness, mood and appetite, and a lack of light sets off other responses. In shift workers, this process is dysregulated, and research suggests this disruption can contribute to a host of health issues.</p>

<p>“Although these findings are preliminary, they suggest that circadian disruption may play an important role in frailty, and this warrants further investigation,” says Khan.</p>

<p>This latest study builds on Khan and Edgell’s earlier research that suggests that shift work may be linked to delayed menopause.</p>

<p>“The circadian rhythm influences your brain’s ability to control your hormones, which can influence your menopause,” explains Edgell. “So, there are a lot of physiological changes that can occur because of shift work.”</p>

<p>While women were more likely to be frail, health research overall shows women to be more resilient to succumbing to disease than men, so this study does not necessarily suggest higher mortality. Still, it does point to sex-based differences that would be important to consider as more women do work outside a nine-to-five schedule, says Khan, who adds that keeping on top of exercise and nutrition can combat some of the negative effects.</p>

<p>“We can’t make shift work go away, but we can reverse frailty to a degree,” she concludes.&nbsp;</p>

This latest study builds on Khan and Edgell’s earlier research that suggests that shift work may be linked to delayed menopause. “The circadian rhythm influences your brain’s ability to control your hormones, which can influence your menopause,” explains Edgell. “So, there are a lot of physiological changes that can occur because of shift work.” While women were more likely to be frail, health research overall shows women to be more resilient to succumbing to disease than men, so this study does not necessarily suggest higher mortality. Still, it does point to sex-based differences that would be important to consider as more women do work outside a nine-to-five schedule, says Khan, who adds that keeping on top of exercise and nutrition can combat some of the negative effects. “We can’t make shift work go away, but we can reverse frailty to a degree,” she concludes.

<p>Judd Apatow, Sandler’s roommate during their early days in Los Angeles, recalled a young Sandler’s boundless confidence and obvious talent.</p>

<p>To highlight Sandler’s seemingly limitless comedic energy, Apatow played an old video he recorded of a young Sandler prank-calling a local deli in his spare time to try out different comedic voices.</p>

Adam Sandler receives Mark Twain Prize, praise from comic pals

<p>Talk show host, actress, and author Oprah Winfrey recently took a trip to Al-Maghtas, the sacred site of Jesus' baptism in Jordan, with her friend and journalist Gayle King. The place is called&nbsp;officially known as Baptism Site - Bethany Beyond the Jordan.&nbsp;The archaeological World Heritage site is situated on the east bank of the Jordan River and is&nbsp;considered to be the original location where the first baptism took place.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The 69-year-old iconic talk show host shared a series of photos from her holiday with her 22 million followers on Sunday. In one of her photos, she is seen&nbsp;posing in front of an archaeological&nbsp;site and enjoying&nbsp;a camel ride in Petra.</p>

<p>Another shows Winfrey and King smiling from ear to ear while taking a picture by the Siq (narrow passage) that leads to Petra.</p>

<p>In the caption, she wrote, "Visited Jordan this week and there was so much to see and experience! We visited the site where John the Baptist baptized Jesus, Petra and all its fascinations, camels, and the spot&nbsp;where the big boulder comes rolling out of Indiana Jones. <p>Former<em> Love Island </em>star Georgia Harrison recently revealed that she developed cysts and went into septic shock after becoming a victim of revenge porn by her ex-boyfriend, Stephen Bear, who won <em>Celebrity Big Brother</em> in 2016. Bear was jailed for 21 months and handed a restraining order earlier this month for sharing their&nbsp;sex video on his OnlyFans website.</p>

<p>In a candid conversation with The Sun, Harrison said that she was "thriving"&nbsp;prior to the revenge porn horror and that&nbsp;she will be suing Bear over lost earnings.</p>

<p>The 28-year-old model also revealed that the stress and shame that came with the incident nearly killed her. She developed a cyst in her ovary when she was in Dubai, which she claims often happens to women when they are under stress.</p>

<p>"I wanted to honestly keep leaving it without going to get some help,"&nbsp;Harrison said. "My mum said to me... 'I know something isn't right... get up and go to the hospital now'."</p>

<p>She added,&nbsp;"As I was in the car, I just started shaking and shivering and what I didn't realise was I was going into shock and when I got to the hospital, they said that my kidneys, my pelvis and multiple of my organs were infected.&nbsp;I was actually going into septic shock and had I stayed at home one more evening I would have died."</p>

<p>On Saturday, Tamil cinema's superstar Rajinikanth met former Maharashtra chief minister and Shiv Sena leader Uddhav Thackeray along with his family at his Mumbai residence Matoshree. Uddhav's son Aditya Thackeray shared a picture of their supposedly "apolitical meet"&nbsp;with Rajinikanth on Instagram.</p>
