Xander Schauffele gears up for Olympic title defence after winning the PGA Championship

The sport of Golf crowned a new Major Champion two weeks ago with Xander Schauffele winning the PGA Championship. The 30-year-old birdied the 18th hole and took a one-shot win over LIV Golf's Bryson DeChambeau. The triumph at Valhalla Golf Course ended Schauffele's long wait for a Major title. He is one of the most consistent players in the sport and the win also took him to No. 2 in the rankings behind Scottie Scheffler. Schauffele reflected on his triumph and looked ahead to the U.S. Open and the Olympic Games in an interview with WION Sports Editor Digvijay Singh Deo.
