Wildfires engulf Canadian cities, local authorities declare an emergency and shut schools

Wildfire raged through Canada on Sunday as the cities of Halifax and Nova Scotia declared a state of local emergency after wildfires forced evacuation in the areas. Authorities have said the emergency would be in effect for up to seven days unless extended as per the report several schools have also been shut in the affected areas.
