Kerala is among the first Indian states walking on the path of self-reliance. It is also the first state to declare the right to the Internet as a basic right. The Indian state has now officially launched its own internet broadband connection. Known as Kerala Fibre Optical Network (KFON), the fibre network is going to provide internet connectivity.
