Uttarkashi tunnel collapse: Workers to be pulled out one by one through big pipe, rescue ops halted

The last phase of the rescue effort has been reached at the Silkyara tunnel collapse site, where 41 workers have been stranded since November 12. The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) predicted that by Friday or in the coming hours, the rescue effort would be successful.
