US warns Turkiye to stop exports to Russia, says 'it will empower Ukraine's war efforts'

The US has wanted to care to slow down exports to Russia which could strengthen Ukraine's war efforts in Ukraine. The US says it would punish Turkish companies' or banks who would contravene the sanctions.
