Amidst persistent tensions resulting from Russia's 27-month-long invasion of Ukraine, US Vice President Kamala Harris has committed over USD 1.5 billion in aid for the country's energy industry and humanitarian relief. The annoucnement was made while Harris was in Lucerne, Switzerland for a summit on peace with Ukraine.
