US sets deadline of Feb 28 to secure parliamentary ratification of MCC deal

The United States of America has given Nepal a deadline of February 28 to secure parliamentary ratification of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) deal. The compact was signed between Nepal and the US in 2017 and still, Nepal has failed to reach a census to ratify it in the parliament.
