U.S. President Donald Trump said the war with Iran could end soon, expressing confidence that the campaign is progressing faster than expected. Trump told reporters the conflict would be “over very soon” as U.S. and Israeli forces continue strikes targeting Iranian military infrastructure.
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) pushed back against those claims, saying Tehran will determine how and when the war ends. Iranian officials have warned that the conflict could escalate further if attacks on Iran continue.
