South Africa extends COVID-19 restrictions with certain relaxations amid rising infections

South Africa has extended COVID-19 lockdown restrictions until 25 July as the country has recorded a rise in the number of infections. All social, political and other gatherings remain prohibited in the country while a curfew remains in place from 9 pm to 4 am.
