Ukraine seems to be heading towards a free fall. Its hopes of turning the tide against Russia seem to be in jeopardy. Ukraine said the long talked-about November peace summit is no longer happening, one that could have potential paved way for peace with Russia. It comes as the US is yet to make up its mind about letting Kyiv use long-range weapons inside Russia.
