Putin: 'Dialogue is Always Better Than War'; Asserts Sanctions Don't Strengthen US- Russia Relations

Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a stern warning to the United States and Ukraine, saying that any use of US-supplied Tomahawk missiles by Kyiv would provoke an “overwhelming” response from Moscow. The statement comes just days after US President Donald Trump shelved a planned summit with Putin amid rising tensions and new sanctions on Russian oil firms. Despite the threats, Putin says dialogue with Washington will continue.
