Pakistan Top Court adjourns election delay case until November 2

After notifying the federal government and the Election Commission, the Supreme Court on Monday postponed the election case until November 2. While considering various petitions regarding the postponement of general elections for longer than ninety days, Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa noted that it was "not possible" to satisfy the ninety-day limit.
