The opposition groups, which include the Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA), Jamat-e-Islami, and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), have canceled planned coordinated protests in Karachi and declared that they will commemorate "Black Day" throughout Sindh on February 27.
