No benefits for Nepal from deal with China; import deal yet to be effectuated

Trade agreement signed between China and Nepal, seven-years-ago has reportedly failed to reap any results. The agreement which allowed Nepal to access several Chinese ports for third country imports have not seen the shipment of even single consignment.
