Nepal Supreme court: Nudity in devotion is not obscenity

The Nepal Supreme Court has refused to bar Naga Sadhus (naked ascetic monks) from entering the Pashupatinath and other Shiva temples, ruling that nudity in the name of religion cannot be regarded as obscene.
