Mumbai Hostage-Taker Dies of Bullet Injury, Was Shot During Children's Rescue

Rohit Arya, the suspect who took 17 children hostage at Mumbai's RA Studio, died at the hospital as he was admitted there with critical injury after he received a bullet shot in the chest. He was reportedly shot by the police as they carried out a 35-minute rescue operation at the studio located in Mumbai's Powai area on Thursday. All the children, along with two adults, taken hostage were brought to safety, officials said.
