Biden had seemed to suggest that a minor incursion by Russia into Ukraine would call for a weaker response from the United States and its allies. His statement has now led to a lot of confusion at a time especially when the allies are trying to present a unified front against Russia, the statement of course has not gone down well with the Ukrainian president.
