Massive protests have broken out in Kathmandu after Nepal's Electricity Authority chief, Kulman Ghising, was sacked and replaced by Dev Shakya. Protesters clashed with police near Parliament, demanding Ghising’s reinstatement, crediting him with major electricity reforms.
