On Tuesday, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) announced that it had uncovered an illicit methamphetamine manufacturing lab connected to a significant Mexican drug cartel located in an industrial zone of Greater Noida. Five individuals were arrested in connection with the operation, including a Mexican national and a warder from Tihar jail.
