Kosovo clashes: The Serbian army was put on high combat alert
Kosovo remains on edge amid continuous clashes between Serbs and NATO forces. The Serbian President has put his army to the highest level of combat alert. The European Union top diplomat and Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell has condemned the violence in the North of Kosovo saying that it is absolutely unacceptable and is completely dangerous.
