Todd Philips returns with a second part of the Joker franchise. Titled Joker: Folie a Deux, the sequel of 2019 film Joker, the film has Joaquin Phoenix reprising his role as Arthur Fleck. Giving him company in part 2 is Lady Gaga who plays Harley Quinn, Joker's love interest. When you have Gaga and Phoenix sharing screen, you expect fireworks. But does Joker 2 match up to the hype?
