Israeli strikes killed over 4,300 in Lebanon since March 2026
Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich called for Israel to “go to war” in the occupied West Bank and said military action there should mirror Israel’s campaign in Gaza. He also called for dismantling the Palestinian Authority. The Palestinian Authority condemned his remarks as a call for escalation and annexation.
