Israel says Hamas operative Qais Bitawi & 2 others eliminated

An Israeli airstrike in the occupied West Bank killed Hamas operative Qais Bitawi and two others, according to the Israeli military. Hamas confirmed Bitawi was one of its members and condemned the strike, while Palestinian Islamic Jihad also claimed him as a member.
