Islamabad high court stays on proceedings in Imran Khan's Toshakhana case

The Islamabad High Court on Friday issued a stay order on indictment of former Pak PM and PTI Chief Imran Khan in Toshakhana corruption case. This comes a day after Pakistan's Supreme Court termed Khan's arrest as illegal and ordered his immediate release. Khan was indicted on Wednesday, a day after he was arrested in Al-Qadir Trust case.
