India-Vietnam Ties: India Confirms Talks With Vietnam on BrahMos Missile System
India has confirmed talks with Vietnam on the sale of BrahMos missile system. This came at the backdrop of the high profile meeting between Vietnman General Secretary, President To Lam's with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during the former's state visit to India. The Brahmos missles are being jointly developed by India and Russia. India has earlier sold the supersonic cruise missiles to Philippines and has also signed a contract with Indonesia in March 2026.
