India revises november gold imports, cuts estimates by $5Bn

India has made an unprecedented revision to its november gold import estimates, slashing the figure by $5 billion. Initially reported at a record $14.8 billion, the revised data from the directorate general of commercial intelligence and statistics shows imports were actually $9.84 billion.
