Continuing with more news from India New Delhi has said that it has received consular access to Nikhil Gupta at least on three separate occasions. The man is currently launched in a prison in the Czech Republic and has been charged by the American authorities for being involved in a failed assassination attempt against the Khalistani terrorist Pannun on American soil.
